      <title>Who needs Change for a Buck?</title>
<description>&lt;p&gt;We've begun a new campaign called 'Change for a Buck'.&amp;#160; The idea is that most of the voting public feels that PACs and big business have all of the power in elections because they are able to contibute large sums of money while most voters can't afford much more than a few dollars.&amp;#160; 'Change for a Buck' is our effort to show that those few dollars - and the voices they represent - can really make a difference if we can bring together enough of them.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Wyoming State Democratic Convention 2008</title>
